If you are staying the whole weekend, we recommend that you book a place in Nevada City rather than Grass Valley. Nevada City is 10 minutes from the wedding venue, is a bit more fun to walk around in during the day.
The days leading up to the wedding will be centered around the ranch, however, we may be taking day trips up to the Yuba River, old mining towns such as Downieville or Washington, exploring Shane's hometown Nevada City, or hiking in Tahoe National Forest.
